Guy Goulet graduated with an engineering degree in geology from l'Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1986. Mr. Goulet has sat on several boards of directors for both public and private mining companies over the past 25 years. For the period between 2000 to 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of H2O Innovation, the first public company with a dual listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Alternext Exchange in Paris. Mr. Noureddine Mokaddem has held senior role within YNNA Holding, ONA Group and OCP Group and has been important in the development of several large projects and mining operations such as Akka Gold Mining and Guemassa Mining Complex in Morocco. He is a Professional Industrial Engineer and holds a B.Sc. Engineering from State School of Engineers, Mons in Belgium.
Leonard Teoli - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Teoli is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience. He graduated from Quebec University in Montreal in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He joined Price Waterhouse, where he spent the next 9 years reaching the audit manager level and serving clients in the mining industry. Since 1996, he has been involved with junior mining companies carrying exploration activities worldwide, with responsibilities in financial controls and financial reporting.
Luce L. Saint-Pierre - Corporate Secretary
Ms. Saint-Pierre is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants and of the Quebec Bar Association. Ms. Saint-Pierre worked for 15 years (1977-1987) for a national accounting firm, the last seven as a partner, and was responsible for the auditing of large private and public companies in various sectors of the economy. She completed her law degree in 1992 and was admitted to the Bar in 1994.
